Responsibilities

  • Experience with PLC programming using Allen Bradley / Rockwell software (RS Logix 5000 / Studio 5000) for assembly welding lines.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens HMI programming.
  • Knowledge of resistance welding, electrical standards, and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of robot programming and communication with PLC.
  • Observe standards set by MDV.
  • Ensure timely and safe completion of tasks.
  • Perform tasks safely, including proper lockout of energy sources.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment correctly.
  • Consult your supervisor if unsure about safety procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and ensure product quality.
