Tilray Brands, Inc. in Canada is seeking a Production Associate for its busy cannabis production facility. You will report to the Processing Supervisor and perform hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging tasks in the Production department.

Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, maintaining product quality, completing training, and documentation. The role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm, 38 hours per week, at CAD 21/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow documented procedures.
• Ability to follow direction and carry out tasks independently.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work cleanly and methodically.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
• Safe and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Close visual focus required.
• Great work ethic.

• Adhere to all relevant SOPs including sanitation, cultivation, and processing.
• Responsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and records.
• Responsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPs.
• Responsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazards.
• Complete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company Policies.
• Participate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methods.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as may be required by management.

Job Summary:

Broken Coast Cannabis is looking for a Production Associate to work in the Production department of our busy cannabis production facility.

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks related to hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging.

• Hand trim product to internal standards
• Ensure product is cured and packaging product for shipment

• Complete room set up, take down, change-over, and product distribution processes
• Complete required training, including any required quality assurance and health and safety training

• Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing
