Job summary

Tilray’s Broken Coast Cannabis production facility is seeking a Production Associate for a limited-term maternity leave cover. The role involves hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging, reporting to the Processing Supervisor.

Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm, 38 hours per week, with a wage of CAD $21/hr. Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, maintaining quality, completing documentation, and assisting other departments as required.

Qualifications

• Follow documented SOPs including sanitation, cultivation, and processing.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain product quality during curing and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Hand trim product to internal standards during processing.
• Ensure product is cured and packaging ready for shipment.
• Complete room setup, change-overs, and distribution with accuracy.
• Complete required training and adhere to SOPs and health & safety guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed and document activities and deviations.
