Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, through its FLIR Integrated Imaging Solutions unit, seeks an Assembler for manufacturing operations. You will assemble electronics and mechanical parts, solder, pack, and test products while maintaining quality and ESD-safe conditions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting,

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of ESD prevention practices.
  • Advantage: BCIT diploma or other technical education.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components following established procedures.
  • Perform soldering, packing, and final product testing.
  • Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and workstations safely and effectively.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic upkeep of tools and equipment.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report quality concerns and production issues.
  • Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Assembler – Manufacturing Operations

Salary Range

$34,600.00-$46,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
