Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, calibrate, test, package, and ship assemblies in a clean room environment.
• Ensure quality assurance and ship the correct camera to customers on time.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or work on electronic assemblies.
• Handle shipping/receiving and order entry.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales to meet standards.
• Document and improve operating procedures.
• Support development of new product introduction processes (testing, assembly, documentation).

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, calibrate, test, package, ship electronic and mechanical assemblies, including industrial cameras, in a clean room environment
• Responsible for quality assurance
• Responsible for shipping the right working camera, to the right customer at the right time
• Troubleshoot, repair or work on electronic assemblies
• Shipping/receiving and order entry
• Work with Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, on ensuring standards are met and product conforms to customer requirements
• Documenting and improving operations procedures
• Participate in the development of new product introduction process (testing, assembly process and documentation)

Required Skills And Competencies

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of hands-on production manufacturing/operations

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including Bill of Material (BOM), schematics and optical layouts
