Customer Service Representative – Sales Operations

As part of Teledyne FLIR Integrated Imaging Solutions, you’ll support a fast‑paced Sales Operations environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and customer focus directly impact business success. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service, this role offers a strong foundation to grow within a technically rich organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and manage sales orders in SAP with accuracy and speed
  • Handle and triage incoming customer emails
  • Coordinate shipments and respond to order‑related enquiries
  • Support sales teams with day‑to‑day operational needs
  • Assist with RMA and credit/accounting communications
  • Maintain and organise sales content for internal use
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external sales representatives
  • Provide reliable administrative support across Sales Operations
What You Need
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and team‑oriented approach
  • 1–2 years in customer service or sales operations
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems (advantage)
