Job summary

TYCHOPOLY INC. in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a capable professional to join our on-site quality and production team. You will develop QA programs, supervise production processes, and ensure accurate data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement.

The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work on-site with available relocation support as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Secondary high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience.
  • On-site work with no remote option.
  • Basic security clearance and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs.
  • Develop work study and inspect processes to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee production and set machine or equipment controls.
  • Conduct work measurement or other studies and collect data.
  • Develop health, safety and fire prevention plans and training.
  • Read blueprints and drawings and analyze material specs.
