Job summary

Closetech AI is seeking an AI Developer to design and build AI systems for client engagements and internal products, including PointO and Closetech EcoCore. You will balance rapid prototyping with production hardening to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll work across the stack, integrating models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek, and develop the tooling to keep systems running in production.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to design, build, and ship real systems.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
• Comfort working across the stack from backend services to AI logic.
• A practical, get-it-shipped mindset over perfection.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI systems and agents for client projects and internal products.
• Integrate and fine-tune models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek, and work on Closetech EcoCore.
• Build automation, tooling, and infrastructure to run AI systems reliably in production.
• Work directly with clients and the delivery team to translate business requirements into working AI systems.
• Debug, monitor, and improve production systems with attention to performance, cost, and reliability.
