Lead AI engagements end-to-end — from client strategy through delivery — and help grow how Closetech AI works with Canadian businesses.

Own the path from AI strategy to real results.

As an AI Manager, you'll be the person a client trusts to turn "we think AI could help" into a working system that actually changes how their business runs. You'll lead engagements from the first conversation through strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

You'll work closely with our AI developers to keep projects scoped realistically and delivered well, and with clients directly to make sure what we build solves the problem they actually have — not just the one that's easiest to build.

This is a hands-on management role at a small, fast-moving company — you'll be shaping how we run engagements as much as running them.

What you'll do

• Lead client AI engagements from initial discovery through strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Translate business goals into a clear, actionable AI roadmap the team can execute against.
• Manage delivery timelines, scope, and quality across multiple client engagements at once.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — setting expectations and communicating progress clearly.
• Work with leadership to help shape how Closetech AI scopes, prices, and delivers future engagements.
