Job summary

Closetech AI is seeking an AI Developer to design and build AI systems for client engagements and internal products, including PointO and Closetech EcoCore. You will balance rapid prototyping with production hardening to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll work across the stack, integrating models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek, and develop the tooling to keep systems running in production.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to design, build, and ship real systems.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
• Comfort working across the stack from backend services to AI logic.
• A practical, get-it-shipped mindset over perfection.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Design and build AI systems and agents for our clients and our own products — from early prototype through to production.

Build the AI systems our clients actually run on.

As an AI Developer at Closetech AI, you'll work across our client engagements and our own products — including PointO and Closetech EcoCore — building AI systems that hold up in production, not just in a demo.

You'll move between prototyping new ideas quickly and hardening what works into something a small business can depend on every day. Most weeks involve a mix of model integration, custom AI agent development, and the surrounding engineering it takes to ship something real.

You'll work closely with the rest of the team, from strategy through delivery, so you'll see the direct business impact of what you build — not just the technical side of it.
