Clarity is building an AI Builder to reshape internal workflows across sales, legal, compliance, and operations. You will embed with teams, identify pain points, and ship AI-enabled tools touching every major function.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify operational pain across business functions and translate it into AI-enabled tools.
• Experience building and shipping software used by real users.
• Fluent use of AI tools as core building instruments, not productivity aids.
• Technical literacy to work with APIs, databases, and modern dev tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (CloudFlare).
• Excellent communication and empathy for non-technical users.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a small, high-impact team.
• Curiosity about how private securities marketplaces work and how compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Discover operational pain across Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Account Services, and Transaction Services.
• Design and build AI-enabled internal tools, automations, and systems.
• Own full lifecycle of internal products from discovery to steady-state operation.
• Collaborate with a senior engineer to deliver robust, production-quality tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions with built-in compliance.
• Maintain and extend internal AI infrastructure, including knowledge bases and agents.
• Contribute to the roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities and rationales.
• Stay current with AI tools and bring knowledge back to the team.
