Job summary

Toromont Cat in Sudbury is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our team. You’ll manage service work orders from opening to completion, delivering high customer service and supporting the Service Department’s goals.

In this role you will monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch, verify orders, handle billing, obtain purchase orders, and collaborate across branches to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with customers efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work behaviors.
• Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support invoicing objectives.
• Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.
• Maintain up-to-date billing requirements per DBS/Exceptions lists.
• Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.
• Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors.
• Work closely with all departments to create synergy.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Collaborate in organizing and implementing projects.
• Answer calls and assist internal and external customers.
• Assist other Service Departments with scheduling maintenance and repairs.

Job description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Product Support Coordinator to join our team in Sudbury! The Product Support Coordinator is accountable for all work orders from opening to execution providing high customer service and effectively assisting with goals and objectives to support the Service Department.

Pay Type

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$44,860.00 to $56,075.00

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Demonstrate safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work behaviors in support of Toromont's policies, programs and initiatives related to health and safety.
• Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support company objectives within the invoicing process.
• Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.
• Maintain up to date billing requirements as noted in DBS/Exceptions lists.
• Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.
• Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors.
• Work closely with all departments. Help create synergy between all departments.
• Prepare and processes purchase orders.
• Collaborate in the organization and implementation of different projects.
• Answers phone calls and provide assistance for both internal and external customers.
• Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required.

• Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration.
