RONA in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a product specialist to guide customers toward the best product choices and support sales objectives. You’ll work as a store expert, assisting customers and fellow associates with detailed product information and solutions.

You’ll manage sales activities, keep shelves focused and organized, and handle order management from entry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and colleagues.
• Promote and recommend products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed correctly.
• Prepare weekly flyer.
• Enter orders, contact vendors on special orders, track and fulfill orders, and resolve issues.
• Provide excellent service through RONA customer service programs and follow up on orders.
