RONA in Welland is seeking a customer service professional to guide customers, process special orders, and ensure a well-organized shopping environment. You will help customers find information, prepare orders, and maintain promotional displays to enhance the overall store experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle lifting and moving items as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with information and product requirements in-store or by phone

• Maintain store organization, ensure shelves are stocked and signage is up to date
• Keep up-to-date with flyers and promotions
• Improve product knowledge through available trainings and experiences
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth store operations
