Job summary

Shoreside GM is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team in Canada. The role focuses on helping customers find vehicles, presenting options, and explaining pricing and financing clearly, with ongoing training and development offered by the employer.

Prior automotive experience is not required. We emphasize relationship-building, strong communication, and meeting monthly sales goals, while providing competitive compensation, health benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning dealership systems.
• Ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Comfort using social media and other tools to build customer relationships.
• Valid Manitoba driver's licence (MANDATORY)
• Previous automotive experience is not required

• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
