Reporting to the West Regional Business Manager (RBM), the Product Specialist Representative (PSR) will support the successful product launch of Quviviq across Canada in the insomnia market. The PSR will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) including GPs, family medicine practitioners, and specialists (primarily psychiatry) about the product and its data, building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, and providing insights into market trends. The role involves developing product and competitor knowledge, coordinating activities with physicians, supporting product training, patient support programs, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key qualities for success include ownership of the business, innovation, advocacy for insomnia patients, a positive mindset, technological adaptability, and teamwork. The candidate should be an early adopter of tools and tailor messaging effectively.
