Job Title: Product Owner/ Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 12+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, refinement, and planning sessions with the development team.
2. Gather and elicit requirements, conduct user testing and research, and work on user stories and documentation.

Must Have Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital product management and business analysis.
• University Degree (BA, MBA, or equivalent) or related work experience in business analysis and product ownership.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Roadmunk, Confluence, Figma, or equivalents.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
