Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in Halifax to own store product strategy execution and inventory management. You will lead inventory shifts, oversee BOH operations, and ensure floor and back-of-house readiness for guests.

You will contribute to hiring decisions, coach team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, planning stock movements, pricing actions, and analyzing daily

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Motivate team members in inventory management and maintain a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and availability.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and pricing recommendations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and lead on-floor during open hours.
