Job summary

Silk & Snow, a Toronto-based retailer of sleep essentials, is hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day store network operations in a hybrid role out of our Toronto office. You thrive on retail excellence, cross-functional problem-solving, and hands-on organization.

You will work with the Manager of Retail Operations to assist stores, launches, and maintenance, coordinating with CX, IT, supply chain, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, coordination, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while following through.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Shopify/Storis & Fulfil.io is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Retail Operations Coordinator will act as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores.
• Coordinate with CX, IT, supply chain, and visual merchandising to action store-level needs.
• Communicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores with timely follow-up.
• Support store openings and product launches by organizing in-store execution (signage, layouts, merchandising).
• Collect photos/audits from store teams and review them for brand standard compliance.
• Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU item restocks (bags, stickers, footpads).
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager.
• Redirect issues to the appropriate team and follow through to resolution.
• Gather field feedback to optimize processes and inform strategic decisions.
