Job summary

Silk & Snow, a Toronto-based retailer, is hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator to support store network operations and launches. The role requires hands-on, organized, cross-functional problem-solving in a hybrid Toronto office setup.

You will work with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure smooth store operations, promotions, and product launches, traveling nationally as needed and focusing on execution quality and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail operations or coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority handling.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Shopify/Storis/Fulfil.io is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores.
• Coordinate with CX, IT, supply chain, visual merchandising to action store-level needs.
• Communicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores and follow up on timelines.
• Support store openings and product launches by organizing in-store execution (signage, layouts, merchandising).
• Collect photos/audits from store teams and review for brand standard compliance.
• Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU restocks (e.g., bags, stickers).
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager of Retail Operations.
• Redirect operational issues to appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.
• Gather field feedback to optimize processes and inform strategic decisions.
