We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in SaaS. In this role, you'll be the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the customer within the company. You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting messaging, and consulting directly with clients to align their needs with zipBoard’s capabilities — combining product insight with creative marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and updates, ensuring successful launches that resonate with our target audiences.
Client Consulting:
- Act as a product consultant to clients — understanding their workflows, identifying challenges, and providing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of zipBoard.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates zipBoard’s value to different customer segments and industries.
Enablement & Support:
- Equip sales, support, and customer success teams with product knowledge, sales collateral, and competitive insights.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate on the creation of product-focused content including case studies, landing pages, one-pagers, email sequences, blog posts, and product videos.
Voice of the Customer:
- Gather customer insights through interviews, usage data, and feedback loops to influence product development and enhance market fit.
Product Adoption:
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive product usage and customer onboarding through in-app messaging, lifecycle emails, and guided experiences.
- Support and co-lead webinars, virtual demos, and client training sessions to showcase product updates and best practices.
Performance Analysis:
- Track marketing performance and product engagement metrics to optimize messaging, campaigns, and customer journeys.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in SaaS product marketing or a related client-facing marketing role.
Skills & Attributes:
- Customer empathy: Strong understanding of customer pain points and translating technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creating persuasive content and presentations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Analytical thinking: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed recommendations to improve product positioning and marketing impact.
- Self-starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Expectations:
- Help shape the product narrative and drive adoption for a growing SaaS platform.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, blending product consulting with marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to build and scale marketing operations.
- Enjoy remote work with a focus on balance and results.
- Availability for 8 hours per day with at least 4 hours overlapping with Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
