Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the design, development, and testing of innovative products and services within the portfolio, wealth management, and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, client needs, and technology-driven solutions, with a proven ability to deliver customer-centric products that drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, with a focus on portfolio or wealth management.
• Demonstrated experience in Wealth & Asset Management, delivering client-focused solutions across sales enablement, financial planning, portfolio management, and operations.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning tools, and client-facing technologies.
• Proven track record of leading product design, development, and testing processes from concept to launch, with a specialization in driving innovation, leading high-performing teams, and embedding AI-driven strategies to transform the wealth management landscape.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (e.g., SEC, FINRA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with market data, fintech platforms, or digital wealth management tools.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product roadmap for portfolio and wealth management solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Design & Development Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of financial products and services, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee product testing phases, including systems integrations and UAT, to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and successful launches.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights from clients and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product success post-launch, iterating based on data-driven insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to relevant financial regulations and standards within the wealth management sector.
• Innovation & AI Integration: Drive the adoption of AI-driven strategies to enhance product offerings and transform the wealth management landscape.
