We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner - Lead to Order (L2O) - Remote Canada.

As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and the roadmap of the Salesforce platform. You will oversee discovery processes to create development-ready stories for the team. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce and Agile experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and technical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven Salesforce product knowledge and experience in improving product management efficiency through their expertise.

1. Responsibilities:
   • Collaborate with business units to understand demand and develop detailed requirements.
   • Design high-level solutions and architecture.
   • Lead Agile ceremonies ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
   • Manage platform integrations.
   • Own a portfolio of products and initiatives.
2. Required Qualifications:
   • 6+ years as a product owner leading enterprise Salesforce IT applications.
   • 3+ years experience with Lead to Order (L2O).
   • 5+ years experience with Order to Cash, including Quoting, Contract Management, Orders, Provisioning, and Billing.
   • Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, story-pointing, and retrospectives.
   • Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally.
   • Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, process improvement, and automation.
   • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
   • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem features.
   • Certifications: Salesforce Cloud, Certified Product Owner or Salesforce Business Analyst.
