We are building an AI-driven software solution that offers seamless tracking, real-time visibility, and actionable insights to healthcare systems, enabling waste reduction and improved revenue capture, ultimately leading to better value of care and patient outcomes.

About the Role

As a Technical Product Owner at AssistIQ, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products for our capture solution, which includes an iOS app, cloud-based services, and ETL data jobs. Your responsibilities include managing the product backlog, working with engineering to elaborate epics and stories, and coordinating with internal teams like customer support and implementation to streamline releases.

We seek candidates who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, possess strong communication skills, and can bridge the gap between Engineering and Product Management through creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and engineers to understand and prioritize features
• Translate product roadmaps into detailed backlogs with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define technical requirements leveraging your expertise in mobile and cloud systems for seamless integration
• Use KPIs and technical data to inform product prioritization and optimization
• Collaborate on delivering features and integrations with a focus on scalability, security, and customer success
• Support documentation and rollout of new technical features, assisting internal teams for successful deployment
• Coordinate with quality assurance to maintain high product quality
• Partner with other teams to develop, test, and iterate solutions rapidly
• Implement tracking and reporting to monitor post-launch performance and inform future investments
• Conduct demos to demonstrate success and impact to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product or business analysis role
• 2+ years managing a mobile product (iOS/Android)
• Experience working with B2B SaaS, especially with enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud platforms, and integrations
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features
• Experience using technical data and KPIs for product decisions
• Support technical deployments across multiple locations and complex customers
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
