Job summary

Sycle is seeking a Product Manager for Patient Intake to reinvent how patients check in, register, and onboard at audiology practices. You will own the end-to-end digital intake lifecycle, exploring tablet-based registration, digital forms, and speech-enabled tools to reduce front-office bottlenecks.

You will collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to craft PRDs, prototype user journeys, and accelerate delivery while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accessible design.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare SaaS, EMR/EHR platforms, patient access, or digital front door solutions.
• Deep understanding of healthcare front-office workflows, patient onboarding, insurance eligibility verification, and demographic data capture.
• Demonstrable experience leveraging AI agents to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, or requirement drafting.
• Proven track record of user-centric design for hardware-agnostic interfaces across tablet, mobile and web.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake strategy and roadmap to transform manual front-office workflows into frictionless digital experiences.
• Observe front-desk staff and patients to remove friction and speed up check-in and onboarding.
• Use AI agents to generate requirements, mock interfaces, and accelerate validation.
• Ensure intake data maps cleanly into EMR records, demographics, and scheduling systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, e-signature rules, and WCAG/ADA accessibility.
