Job summary

Maple is seeking a product manager to own day-to-day work for a defined area of the patient access journey, lead features from problem to launch, and partner with engineering and design to create simple patient experiences.

You will use AI, prototyping, research, and data to test assumptions, validate opportunities in care navigation, and help the squad reach working software quickly. This role emphasizes user-centered design and data-driven decisions to improve patient access.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience in a software environment, or equivalent hands-on experience building and launching AI-enabled digital products.

  • Identify and validate AI opportunities that improve care navigation or access while balancing value, trust, safety, feasibility, and business impact
  • Align the squad and cross-functional partners by communicating decisions, progress, risks, and changes
  • Deliver measurable improvements to how patients find, start, and access care on Maple

Job description

Requirements
  • 2+ years of product management experience in a software environment, or equivalent hands‑on experience building and launching AI-enabled digital products in another role
  • Track record of taking a real user problem or product idea from discovery or prototype through launch and iteration
  • Comfortable using AI and prototyping tools directly to explore problems, test ideas, and create working versions
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and product judgment
  • Ability to define clear outcomes and make thoughtful trade-offs
  • Ability to use data, research, and customer insight to make product decisions and measure value
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver digital product experiences
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and complex workflows
  • Collaborative, resilient, and low-ego approach
  • Bonus points for experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, consumer products, marketplaces, care navigation, complex platforms or integrations, or building AI products with real users
  • Offer subject to a criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification; additional employment or education verification may be conducted depending on role requirements
