Job summary

Sycle is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Clinic Analytics & Reporting in British Columbia. You will lead enterprise reporting, BI, and practice analytics features for hearing care practices, blending clinical health outcomes with retail metrics.

Ideal candidates bring PM experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare IT, strong SQL and BI tool skills (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker), and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Hybrid work in BC is available, with a focus on analytics-driven growth.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, Retail Analytics, BI or Healthcare IT
Experience translating clinical and retail data into dashboards
Exposure to EMR/EHR or healthcare practice management platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Define and execute analytics dashboards roadmaps for real-time visibility into health outcomes and retail sales.
Bridge clinical data with retail KPIs and deliver executive-ready dashboards.
Prototype reporting queries using AI workflows and synthesize user feedback at scale.
Collaborate with data engineering, UX, marketing and client success to drive analytics adoption.
