Job summary

Mastercard Identity is seeking a Manager, Product Management to shape merchant trust infrastructure for agentic commerce, translating strategic objectives into an actionable product roadmap and leading cross-functional execution.

You will work with engineering, data science, legal and commercialization teams to deliver merchant identity, legitimacy and risk intelligence features that support secure onboarding, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps for Business Identity solutions with a focus on agentic commerce.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, legal, and commercialization to deliver scalable identity products.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and differentiation.
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to post-launch planning and improvement.
• Mentor product managers and cultivate a high-performing team focused on innovation.
