Traction Rec is seeking a Product Manager in the Greater Vancouver area to shape our growth by staying close to customers and markets, turning insights into a clear product strategy and validated bets with partners and in-house teams.

You will own discovery, lead cross‑functional delivery, and stay involved through go‑to‑market to ensure the products land with the intended users. We value craft, usability, and rapid AI-enabled iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with concept-to-launch delivery.
• Experience building consumer-facing apps with strong UX.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in product workflow (prototyping, research, iteration).
• Strong market research and customer discovery abilities.
• Comfort with customer data and data-driven decision making.
• Willing to own GTM activities with marketing, sales, and CS teams.
• Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Get close to the market and customer to turn insights into product direction.
• Own discovery and requirements, validate needs with partners and internal teams.
• Shape vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Build features with high usability and end-user focus.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype and accelerate work.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across design, dev, QA, and support.
• Apply Agile and continuous delivery for on-time releases.
• Own go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and CS.
• Measure adoption and impact to refine products.
• Tell the product story across stakeholders and document clearly.
