Job summary

GAIN is seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive multi-faceted digital programs for assigned clients in a hybrid Vancouver setting. You will coordinate experimentation strategists, designers, developers, and account managers to optimize delivery and value.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, forecast budgets, and sustain high-quality client outcomes while exploring AI-enhanced project management tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience in digital marketing or marketing project management.
• Solid working knowledge of A/B testing tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex subjects clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall client success, satisfaction and retention through efficient execution of program deliverables.
• Manage the execution of complex digital programs and experiments across client teams.
• Own schedules and resources to meet deliverables and timelines; coordinate stakeholders.
