Overview

We\'re looking for an AI-accelerated Product Designer to join our small, versatile design team. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering partners, you\'ll craft intuitive, end-to-end experiences across our suite of enterprise products in a fast-paced environment. You\'ll meet regularly with users to develop a deep understanding of the needs and goals of the people we\'re building for. Hybrid role, 1 day per week in our downtown office. Only candidates located in the Lower Mainland will be considered.

Our team has a bias for action, prioritizing learning and iteration over first-time perfection. AI is central to how we design and build, and we\'re looking for someone who\'s actively using it to ideate, prototype, and move faster. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy untangling complexity, and aren\'t afraid to ask the right questions when things aren\'t fully defined.
