Job summary

Multy Home, Vaughan, Canada, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and delivery of consumer products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales to drive the product vision and execute the roadmap.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods for North America, strong analytical skills, and proven multi-channel launch success. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage lifecycles, pricing, packaging specs, and supply chain

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product development strategy and execution in consumer packaged goods for the North American market.
• Experience leading a team of product managers through launches to customers.
• Understands the retail landscape and different channels (eg. DIY vs MASS vs CLUB).
• Analytical skills and channel management with proven record of success for multi-channel product launches.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Own product lifecycle roadmaps and manage launches including post-launch review feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to drive the product vision.
• Build assortment plans and be the point of contact for Sales for product deliverables.
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and inform future iterations.
