Job summary

DocSend, a Dropbox product, is expanding from a virtual data room into a deal execution platform. As a Product Manager on DocSend, you’ll own a broad set of customer experiences spanning onboarding, content management, and AI-powered document analysis, as well as multi-product integration.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, set priorities, make tradeoffs, and turn opportunities into high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or closely related experience, owning customer-facing end-to-end experiences.
• Ability to identify important customer problems, prioritize, and translate strategy into product direction.
• Strong customer empathy; combine qualitative insights with quantitative evidence.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design to navigate ambiguity and ensure product quality.
• Strong analytical skills to define success measures, interpret product and business data, and use evidence to guide iteration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align cross-functional partners and clearly communicate decisions.
• Adaptability and curiosity, including learning new domains and incorporating AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own DocSend product areas end-to-end from strategy through prioritization, execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Drive foundational improvements across experiences, balancing near-term needs with long-term product health.
• Identify opportunities across Dropbox and DocSend, including multi-product experiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of DocSend customers through research, product data, feedback, and direct customer context; translate insights into priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define problems, evaluate options and tradeoffs, maintain a high quality bar, and guide cross-functional execution.
• Define success measures, use quantitative and qualitative evidence to evaluate outcomes, and adapt the roadmap as needs evolve.
• Use AI and automation thoughtfully to improve workflows.
