Job summary

SiftMed Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join our product team and lead customer-facing projects that touch document processing, AI analysis, reporting, and configuration.

You will onboard priority accounts, configure workflows, train teams, and be the main product contact for customers, while balancing product work and account ownership. You’ll work in a forward-deployed role, learning from customers and translating insights into product priorities, with roughly 40% time on accounts and 60%

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end lifecycle experience.
• Directly owning customer relationships as a PM or in related roles.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on technical trade-offs.
• Using data to guide product decisions and learn from outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping, research, or analysis.
• Experience building small teams with structured ownership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with priority accounts: onboarding, training, and ongoing configuration.
• Configure the product end-to-end for accounts, including workflows and templates.
• Lead onsite and virtual trainings for customer teams.
• Manage cross-product projects from scoping through launch and decide what gets built or cut.
• Collaborate with PMs and leadership to shape the roadmap and prioritize projects.
• Translate account learnings into clear requirements and success metrics for engineering and AI/ML teams.
• Define acceptable AI output with the ML team and establish evaluation criteria and error handling.
• Balance customer requests with technical debt, privacy, security, and sales commitments.
• Measure shipped features and act on results; document repeatable patterns for future customers.
