Job summary

Clio is looking for a Product Designer to join the growing DMS design team, shaping document management experiences for legal professionals. You will work hands-on from concept through testing, building UI/interaction craft and collaborating with senior designers to scale workflows for firms of all sizes.

You will develop strong UI and interaction craft, apply systems thinking, and grow your research skills while contributing to a core product area that powers the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Design experience with digital products
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Strong visual and interaction design craft
• Clear communication of design decisions using customer perspective and evidence
• Experience with research and usability studies
• Comfort with AI tools in day-to-day process

Responsibilities

• Own the UI and interaction execution of DMS projects from concepting through testing
• Collaborate with the DMS design team and senior designers on active work streams
• Support research initiatives and build towards running your own studies over time
• Develop systems thinking to connect design decisions to the broader product strategy
