A pioneering AI company is looking for an Agent Harness Product Manager to oversee the North platform's execution layer. This role is essential for ensuring agents are reliable and production-ready, managing the roadmap, and acting as the liaison between engineering and product teams. Candidates should possess significant experience in product management of AI systems, a deep understanding of LLM architectures, and the technical acumen for architecture decisions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in agentic AI systems or applied ML products.
• Deep understanding of modern LLM architectures like multi-agent systems.
• Strong grasp of evaluation design for measuring agents' reliability and performance.
• Technically capable to contribute to architecture decisions at the implementation level.
• Ability to navigate both ML research and engineering discussions fluently.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful platform-layer products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for North’s agent harness.
• Serve as the primary interface between engineering and the Modeling team.
• Own the agentic evaluation framework to ensure compatibility.
• Engage enterprise customers to gather real-world feedback.
• Stay current with the agent ecosystem to align architectural decisions.
