Job summary

Caseware-International seeks a Technical Product Manager to own how the platform builds, evaluates, and raises AI quality. You will own the AI surfaces: agents, agent builder, eval builder, and memory components, deciding what to build and ensuring it clears the bar for audit files.

You act as SME, shadow real workflows, and partner with applied scientists, engineering, and domain experts to shape outcomes with high integrity. This hybrid Toronto role combines autonomy with collaboration.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI product development and quality goals in enterprise software.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, domain experts, and external partners.
