ABC Fitness is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy, discovery, and delivery of AI Agents. You will identify valuable AI opportunities for gym operators, validate customer willingness to pay, and drive end-to-end product launches across multiple teams.

You will need 6+ years in product management with AI experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. This role offers remote work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management, with AI focus preferred.
• Ability to convert vague goals into concrete product scope and success metrics.
• Strong customer empathy and commercial judgment to identify paid AI opportunities.
• Comfort working with engineering and data teams in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for AI Agents at ABC Fitness.
• Lead domain ownership for customer-facing AI Agents requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to design, build, and rollout AI Agents.
• Identify and validate new Agent opportunities via discovery and market research.
• Define clear product definitions including customer, problem, outcome, scope, success metrics.
• Manage end-to-end Agent delivery from concept to launch across teams.
• Use customer and commercial results to decide improvements or new features.
• Define success metrics and track progress against them.
