Simpro Software Canada ULC à Montréal recherche un Product Manager IA pour définir et livrer des agents IA et des cadres basés sur les FSMs de SIMPRO afin de transformer les opportunités partenaires en solutions scalables générant des revenus.

Rôle entrepreneurial, rapide adaptation à un marché compétitif et équilibre entre vitesse de déploiement et qualité produit tout en alignant les priorités produit et commerciales.

Qualifications

• 5+ années d'expérience en gestion de produit axée IA/ML ou intégrations de plateformes.

Responsibilities

• Découverte commerciale rapide: collaborer pour identifier des cas d'usage IA monétisables et saisir rapidement les opportunités.
• Définition de valeur: écrire des exigences et des user stories pour maximiser valeur client et revenus, via prototypes et PRDs automatisés.
• Agilité interfonctionnelle: travailler avec les équipes produit et R&D pour que les cadres IA reposent sur la plateforme et servir de Product Owner IA/ML.
• Support go-to-market: collaborer avec BD, marketing et ventes pour positionnement et plans de lancement des solutions IA.
• Éthique et gouvernance: diriger les considérations éthiques et la conformité liées à l'IA.

Job description

Contexte du poste: The Product Manager, AI is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader responsible for the definition and delivery of AI agents and frameworks built on top of SIMPRO FSMs. In this role, the PM will translate commercial partnership opportunities into scalable AI solutions that unlock new monetization avenues with an AI‑first approach. They must be scrappy, adaptable, and capable of navigating a hyper‑competitive market while balancing speed to deploy with high‑quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Commercial Discovery: Collaborate with product and commercial teams to identify high‑impact, monetizable AI use cases and move quickly to capture market opportunities.
• Value Definition: Define detailed product requirements and user stories focused on maximizing customer value and revenue potential, using prototypes and automated PRDs.
• Cross‑Functional Agility: Work closely with SIMPRO Product and R&D teams to ensure AI frameworks leverage the core platform and serve as product owner for the AI/ML Engineering team.
• Go‑to‑Market Support: Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop product positioning and launch plans that articulate the unique commercial value proposition of AI solutions.
• Ethics & Governance: Lead product‑level considerations for AI ethics and compliance, ensuring automated decision‑making meets industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI/ML‑powered products or platform integrations during the GenAI/agentic era.
• Proven ability to define and launch scalable software products in a B2B environment, demonstrating speed to market.
• Strong conceptual technical fluency, including understanding of agentic model deployment.
• Experience with real‑time conversational AI or LLM integration is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, self‑starter attitude, comfortable figuring things out in real‑time without a playbook.
