Qualifications

About the Role

You will leverage your scientific expertise, creativity, and understanding of food science principles to develop novel formulations, optimize existing products, and ensure product quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new food and beverage products from concept to commercialization, including formulation, prototyping, and sensory evaluation.

• Ensure all product development activities comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product development within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new food or beverage products.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, processing technologies, and sensory science.

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and pilot plant scale-up processes.
