Placements24 is seeking a highly accomplished Remote Chemical Research Scientist to join its advanced R&D division. This fully remote position focuses on exploring new chemical pathways, developing innovative materials, and contributing to the intellectual property portfolio from your home office.

The role requires a PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 7+ years of post-doctoral or industrial experience, and a proven track record of publications or patents.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of post-doctoral or industrial research experience.
• Proven record of innovation, publications, and/or patents.
• Expertise in synthesis, characterization, and property evaluation of chemical substances/materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote research projects.
• Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills for virtual communication.
