Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a skilled Product Designer to elevate its flagship native mobile app. You will craft accessible, user-centered experiences for iOS and Android, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to take concepts from exploration to polished, high-impact designs.

Bring 3–5 years in product design for mobile apps, strong Figma expertise, and a passion for accessible design. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in product design, UX, and UI design for native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Proven track record of designing complete product experiences from concept through implementation and QA.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design documentation, prototyping, component usage, and library maintenance.
• Strong understanding of native iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) patterns.
• Attention to detail in state flows, edge cases, micro-interactions, and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible end-to-end user journeys for native iOS and Android platforms.
• Create high-level concepts, wireframes, detailed UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align designs with product vision, goals, and feasibility.

In this role, you will design accessible, user-centered digital experiences for mobile platforms across both iOS and Android. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will take concepts from initial exploration to polished, high-impact designs.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and client-focused end-to-end user journeys for native iOS and Android platforms.
• Create high-level experience concepts, wireframes, detailed UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design documentation.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product vision, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Utilize, contribute to, and maintain component libraries and design systems within Figma.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and platform-specific guidelines.
• Stay current with native mobile patterns, emerging platform features, and industry standards to continuously improve the user experience.
• Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure all new components meet WCAG standards for inclusivity and stay updated on device-level compliance (e.g., evolving mobile display standards).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in product design, UX, and UI design for native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Proven track record of designing complete product experiences from concept through implementation and quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design documentation, prototyping, component usage, and library maintenance.
• Strong understanding of native iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) interaction models and design patterns.
• Thorough attention to detail when designing state flows, edge cases, micro-interactions, and transitions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in agile, fast-paced product environments.
• Interest or experience in financial services, wealth management, or personal investing is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week.
