Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a skilled Product Designer to elevate our flagship native mobile application. You will craft accessible, user-centered experiences for iOS and Android, taking concepts from exploration to polished designs in collaboration with product managers, engineers and researchers.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of native mobile product design experience, advanced Figma proficiency, and a solid grasp of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in product design for native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping and design documentation.
• Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences and maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible end-to-end user journeys for native iOS and Android apps.
• Create high-level concepts, wireframes, UI designs, interactive prototypes and design docs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to align designs with goals and feasibility.
• Contribute to and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility standards and platform guidelines are met.
