Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a talented and passionate Intermediate UX Designer to join a team of top design talent dedicated to creating industry-leading, customer-centric experiences. As a strong advocate for the user, you will be formally trained in design and driven by innovation, obsessing over details and iterating until the solution is right. You are a storyteller who is comfortable presenting to stakeholders and challenging traditional thinking to keep the customer at the center of every touchpoint.
In this role, you will apply User-Centered Design methodologies to transform complex business problems into elegant, intuitive digital experiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and planning future-state cross-channel experiences while maintaining a keen eye for detail. This role requires a blend of creative vision and analytical logic, ensuring that every design choice is rooted in a deep understanding of user needs and project goals.
This is a contract that will run until November 2026, with potential to extend to a total duration of 1 year. The client is based in downtown Toronto, and the role requires the UX Designer to work at their office on a hybrid basis, 4 days per week.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented designer who thrives in collaborative environments and has a proven track record of bridging the gap between design and development. This role is based in downtown Toronto and follows a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite per week. The role will expire upon contract completion in November 2026.
