THE ROLE: Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with the various teams across the company to bring ideas to life. You’ll take concepts from early exploration through to polished production-ready designs. Your work will directly impact our customers and clients and help shape the future of our product offerings.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with various teams across the company to define and design new product features
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment
• Translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for our customers and clients at every step
• Collaborate on and contribute to the evolution of our design system and component library
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and business needs
• Communicate design rationale clearly to teammates, stakeholders, and developers

What we’re looking for:

• Post secondary education is an asset
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design is required
• Advanced proficiency with Figma is required
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Comfortable working through ambiguity, fast iteration, and shifting priorities
• Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design best practices
• Ability to work autonomously but thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication skills - you can clearly articulate your design decisions and thought processes
