You will maintain product data and documentation in our PIM and NAV ERP systems, support collateral creation, and assist with new product launches while translating technical information for sales, marketing, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12–18 months or soon after graduation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data skills (Excel lookups, pivots).
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, drafting content, or analysis is a plus.
• Interest in product data, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product data in the PIM and NAV ERP systems; manage specs, descriptions, certifications, and images.
• Prepare collateral and training materials with Marketing; support new product launches.
• Review existing docs for gaps; keep catalog current across digital and print channels.
