Desjardins Group in Canada is seeking a member/client service agent – sales for a full‑time on site, temporary 2‑month position. You will solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients, provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple channels.

You will listen to needs, tailor your approach, help close sales, process transactions and follow up.

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients, listen to their needs, handle their requests and answer their questions.
• Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels.
• Close sales, process transactions and follow up as needed.
• Take phone calls and forward information requests to the right person.
