Job summary

Tundra is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing for production, sales and inventory in Calgary. You will work with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving performance improvements.

Responsibilities include processing purchasing activities, adhering to policies, and communicating status updates. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Supply Chain or Operations procurement environment.
• Post-Secondary certification and/or SCMP designation is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts and materials for production, sales and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and build/execute performance improvement plans.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adhere to purchasing policies, procedures and approvals.
• Track shipping details and order status; provide updates as needed.
• Generate KPI, metric and performance reports.
