Tundra Process Solutions Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing for production, distribution and stock levels. The role emphasizes process discipline, supplier relationship management and KPI-driven performance improvement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office. Post-secondary certification is an asset, with growth opportunities in Western Canada.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Post-secondary certification and/or SCMP designation is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of ERP systems and mathematical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in Health and Safety programs.
• Process and execute purchasing activities for distribution, production and stock levels.
• Adhere to purchasing policies, procedures and approval processes.
• Work with suppliers to maintain relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and communicate shipping, delivery, delays and order status.
• Produce KPI, metric and performance reports as necessary.
• Additional tasks and duties as required.
