Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a Procurement professional to support Canadian and U.S. stores along with Head Office, negotiating contracts and coordinating supplier follow-ups. You will ensure timely service and optimal purchasing terms on a variety of goods and services.

You will collaborate with internal teams, identify new suppliers, monitor inventories, and drive process improvements across store requests and operations. This is an on-site, full-time role in Montreal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer supply purchasing contracts and terms.
• Coordinate store and Head Office supply requests with suppliers and DC.
• Support U.S. stores with procurement needs.
• Review products and services to meet store and office needs.
• Identify new suppliers domestically or internationally.
• Monitor store inventories per schedule.
• Negotiate service contracts and track renewals.
• Improve processes for store requests and follow-ups.
• Enter data and track returns, warranties for shipped items.
• Maintain proactive communication with stores and teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
